I’m a content and design leader with over a decade of experience driving transformation for renowned brands like EE, BT, Virgin Media, and Kindred Group. I specialise in building high-performing teams and creating strategic content design teams that deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving measurable business outcomes.

My passion lies in making the complex surprisingly simple by embedding user-centred design principles into cross-functional workflows. I’ve led initiatives that improved customer satisfaction, reduced inefficiencies, and aligned content strategies with business objectives. For example, at Kindred, I established a content design team that increased customer satisfaction by 11% and reduced customer service contacts by 15%.

I love working where design, engineering, and product come together, bringing different perspectives to create real and scalable solutions. Whether automating workflows with AI tools, crafting content guidelines for design systems, or mentoring designers to develop a growth mindset, I aim to create environments where teams and individuals excel.

Outside of work I am a passionate about storytelling and creativity. Whether it’s through writing comics and designing board games with my kids, or building Lego, I channel this creativity into everything I do. I also love going to different theme parks across Europe (and especially the various Disney Parks) with my family.
